    Experience: 4-5 years in business development of medical equipment, specializing in X-Ray machines and C-Arms.

    Responsibilities:

    Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers. Understand their needs and requirements, and provide tailored solutions using medical equipment such as X-Ray machines and C-Arms.
    Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and generate leads for the sale of medical equipment. Develop and implement strategies to expand the customer base and increase sales revenue.
    Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest advancements and features of medical equipment, particularly X-Ray machines and C-Arms. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
    Sales Process Management: Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation, closing deals, and post-sales support. Ensure timely delivery and installation of equipment.
    Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, market demands, and pricing strategies. Use this information to develop competitive sales proposals and strategies.
    Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of sales efforts.
    Sales Reporting: Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management regularly. Analyze sales data to track performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.
    Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing client queries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction post-sales. Maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

    Experience: 2-5 years in PMS (Preventive Maintenance Services) of X-ray and C-Arm equipment.

    Responsibilities:

    Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance checks on X-ray and C-Arm equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
    Perform diagnostic tests, calibration, and adjustments as needed to maintain equipment accuracy and functionality.
    Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues, coordinating repairs and replacements with technical support teams or vendors when necessary.
    Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, equipment status, and service history for documentation and regulatory compliance.
    Train and educate staff members on proper equipment usage, maintenance procedures, and safety protocols to minimize downtime and maximize equipment lifespan.
    Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and manufacturer recommendations to enhance preventive maintenance strategies and improve equipment efficiency.
    Collaborate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure availability of spare parts, consumables, and maintenance supplies for timely servicing and repairs.
    Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, technicians, and management, to address maintenance needs, prioritize tasks, and ensure seamless equipment operations.

    Experience: 2-5 years in PMS (Preventive Maintenance Services) of CR and DR

    Responsibilities:

    Conduct regular preventive maintenance inspections and checks on CR (Computed Radiography) and DR (Digital Radiography) equipment to ensure optimal functionality and compliance with regulatory standards.
    Perform calibration, adjustments, and software updates as needed to maintain accuracy and image quality of CR and DR systems.
    Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, diagnose technical issues, and coordinate repairs with technical support teams or service providers.
    Maintain comprehensive records of maintenance activities, equipment status, service history, and calibration data for audit purposes and regulatory compliance.
    Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and protocols to minimize downtime, enhance equipment reliability, and extend lifespan.
    Train and educate users and staff members on proper equipment operation, maintenance procedures, radiation safety, and infection control measures.
    Monitor inventory levels of spare parts, components, and consumables for CR and DR equipment and coordinate procurement as needed for timely repairs and replacements.
    Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, IT teams, and facility management to address equipment-related issues, prioritize maintenance tasks, and ensure efficient workflow in radiology departments.

    Experience: 4+ years of experience in embedded systems, C++ and device driver mobile c-arm and x-ray applications

    Responsibilities:

    Design and develop softwate solutions for mobile c-arm and x-ray applications using Device Driver software, embedded systems and C++.
    Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate software with X-Ray systems and ensure compatibility and functionality.
    Debug and troubleshoot software issues, and implement solutions to improve software performance.
    Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in X-Ray technology to contribute to innovative solutions.
    Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and team members.
    Participate in software testing and validation activities to ensure software reliability and accuracy.
    Contribute to the overall software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance.
